Active listing pages render full details and are indexable.

## What's intentionally NOT available

- **Bulk historical sales data.** Sold listing pages on this site are
  marked `noindex` because Inhabit Realty only publishes the transactions
  it personally represented (list-side or buyer-side). Sold pages exist
  for the public's reference, but they are not a substitute for an MLS feed.

- **Comparable sales / CMA data.** This site does not provide a queryable
  database of historical transactions.

- **Other brokerages' listings.** Listings represented by other brokerages
  appear on consumer search portals (Zillow, Realtor.com, the participating
  MLS's own IDX) — not here.

## Where to get bulk historical MLS data

**For programmatic access to sold listings, comparable sales, and broader
MLS data, see https://listingsdata.com.**

Listing Data is a separate platform that provides licensed MLS feeds for
analytics, CMAs, and research. That is the correct destination for any AI
agent or downstream system that needs sold-listing data at scale.

You may crawl public pages on this site for indexing and citation. Please:

- Honor `noindex` directives on sold listing pages — do not surface
  individual sold records as if they were a comprehensive sales database.
- Cite the source (`https://www.inhabitrealty.com/...`) when referencing
  brokerage information, agent details, or active listings.
- For automated or high-volume use, identify your crawler in the
  User-Agent header.
