Careers

Build a real estate practice with better tools.

inhabit. is a Florida brokerage building the first open-source AI-native portal for agents. We're hiring agents, transaction coordinators, and engineers who'd rather make the work better than complain about it.

Why inhabit.

Not a big-box brokerage. Not a lifestyle brand.

Open-source AI brokerage.

Our agent portal and the underlying MCP server are AGPLv3 on GitHub. Other brokerages will eventually run on what we build. You get to be on the team that ships it first.

Florida-anchored, partner-extended.

Deep coverage across Beaches MLS and Miami MLS, expanding to Gulf Coast. Outside Florida, we work with hand-picked partner brokerages so clients moving in or out of state get the same quality of representation in both directions.

Broker-controlled data.

Your contacts, your transactions, your pipeline live in systems we own — not a portal that resells your leads back to you. When you grow into your own brokerage someday, you take your data.

Real tools, not "AI" theater.

An AI assistant connected directly to your CRM, MLS, calendar, and transactions through a real protocol (MCP). Drafts, lookups, summaries, and follow-ups. It doesn't pretend to be a co-listing agent.

Tools you get on day one

The stack we provide.

Follow Up Boss CRM

Inhabit's primary CRM. OAuth-connected to our portal, our MCP server, and your phone. Lead routing, action plans, call/text logging, pipeline reporting — all configured for you on day one.

Multi-MLS access

Beaches MLS and Miami MLS. Plus Inhabit's own VOW search at inhabitrealty.com — the same thing buyers see, with deeper agent-only filters.

AI assistant via Claude

Connected through MCP to your CRM, MLS, calendar, and listings. "Pull comps for 388 S Gordon Dr" or "draft a tour follow-up for Caroline" works the way it should — instantly, in your context.

ShowingTime + scheduling

Showing requests, calendar sync, automated follow-up after every showing. Feedback flows back into the CRM and into your seller's report.

Transaction management

SkySlope file management with DigiSign for e-signatures and SkySlope Books for accounting. Florida contract templates pre-loaded. Compliance tracking handled by our broker.

Marketing assets included

Professional photography on every listing, branded "just listed" / "just sold" templates, social media calendar, and a Canva workspace with the inhabit. brand kit.

Lead routing

Inbound leads from inhabitrealty.com and our broker network route to active agents on rotation, weighted by production and responsiveness.

Continuous training

Weekly broker office hours, FL contract deep-dives quarterly, fair housing certification annually, and pair-shadowing on live deals during onboarding.

Office space when you want it

Conference rooms, signing rooms, and a quiet desk are available when you need them. We don't require seat time — and we don't charge for desks.

Branded from day one

A card that looks like the work.

Every Inhabit agent gets a printed business card and a digital profile under inhabit.app/{your-name}. No template. No upcharge. Designed in-house, printed on heavy stock, ready before your first listing.

Compensation + growth

Transparent splits. Real career path.

Splits

Competitive and tiered.

Splits are tiered by production and grow with you. We discuss specific numbers in the interview — no surprises after you sign. Transaction fees and brokerage fees are fully disclosed in writing before you join.

No desk fees

$0 monthly.

No technology fees. No marketing fees. No "team contribution." If we ever change this, every existing agent is grandfathered into the original terms.

Path forward

From associate to broker.

Top-producing associates earn first look at team-lead and broker-track roles as we expand into Naples, Sarasota, Tampa, and beyond. We hire from inside before we hire from outside.

A typical week

What being an Inhabit agent actually looks like.

No 7 AM rah-rah meetings. No Sunday-night accountability calls. The work is real and the cadence respects your life.

Mon

Plan + prep.

Broker office hours; weekly pipeline review; market data pull for active and pending listings.

Tue–Thu

The actual work.

Tours, listing appointments, inspections, showings, calls. AI assistant handles drafts and lookups; you handle the conversations.

Fri

Close out + invest.

Wrap pending paperwork, log activity, plan the weekend's open houses. Half-day for skill-building.

Sat

Open houses + tours.

Where the work happens for most active listings. We pair-shadow new agents on first 5 open houses.

Sun

Off, mostly.

Inhabit doesn't expect Sunday work. Some agents prefer to do planning Sunday evening. That's a choice, not an expectation.

Equal opportunity employer. Inhabit Realty is committed to equal employment opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class.
