Our policy
Inhabit Realty respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of inhabitrealty.com to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing — URL or sufficient detail to locate it on the Site;
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court covering Palm Beach County, Florida, and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
False claims
Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification is a federal crime under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
